How long is the experience?
Games run 60 minutes, plus a short check-in before your start time.
What is the minimum age?
Players must be 13+. Anyone under 16 must have a supervising adult (18+) in the room.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All games are private and require an online reservation.
Can I add extra players later?
Yes. Full payment is required at booking, but you can add additional players when you arrive.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and the briefing.
Are the rooms scary?
Our rooms focus on immersive adventure. Any scary or intense elements will be listed in the room’s description.
Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
We allow free rescheduling 24+ hours before your booking. All bookings are non-refundable.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins may be possible depending on availability, but online booking is recommended.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have free onsite parking.
What should we bring?
Just your team! Phones must stay off during the game. We provide anything needed for the experience.
